Following relief has been sought for by the petitioner in this writ application:

"For issuance of an appropriate writ(s), order(s), direction(s) to the respondents to remove the encroachment done by private respondents and to implement Bihar Government dream project "Mukhya Mantri Gali-Nali Yojna has already passed by local authorities as ward No. 17-PCC Dhalai from house of Shivratan Kirani to the house of Ram Balak Yadav upto Main road by-pass Sheikhpura upon which private respondents has been protesting for P.C.C. Dhalai who has encroached the

Patna High Court CWJC No.15815 of 2017(4) dt.11-12-2018 2/2 public land".

On behalf of the State, a supplementary counter affidavit has been filed. In paragraphs-5 & 6 of the said affidavit, the statements have been made to the effect that the encroachment, in question, has already been removed. No further relief is required to be granted to the petitioner. Hence this application has become infructuous.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, this application is disposed of being infructuous. (Sudhir Singh, J) A.K.V.//- U
