Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 406, 409, 420/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is alleged that petitioner along with other F.I.R. named accused person misappropriated the school records. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner is Assistant Teacher in the school and he has falsely been implicated in the present case because he raised his voice against the school authorities. Police after investigation submitted final form, however, differing with the same learned court below has taken cognizance against the petitioner. Petitioner has got clean antecedent.

No.63509 of 2022(3) dt.05-05-2023 2/2 Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the above named petitioner in the event of his arrest/surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Manjhaul, Begusarai in connection with Khodawandpur P. S. Case No. 37 of 2021, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
