2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Jogbani P.S. Case No. 93 of 2024 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 20(b)(ii)(c) of the NDPS Act.

3. The petitioner has been caught with 28 Kg. of ganja. He is in jail since 11.05.2024.

4. Learned APP appearing for the State opposes the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner.

5. Considering the quantum of recovery of ganja, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

6. Accordingly, the application stands dismissed for the present.

7. If the trial is delayed, the petitioner may renew his prayer for bail.
