ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 27-09-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State. The petitioners are in custody since 17.06.2019 in connection with Shikarpur P.S. Case No.236 of 2019 registered for the offence under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the alleged recoveries were not from their conscious possession but from the road in front of the house of petitioner no.1. It is further submitted that the petitioners are not having any criminal antecedents.

Considering the aforementioned facts and
