Petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Excise P.S. Case No. 205 of 2022 registered for the offence punishable under Section 30(a)(c) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case. Nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of this petitioner. The alleged recovery has been made from hut situated behind the house of the petitioner. Petitioner has no concern either with the said hut or with the seized article. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

Case No. 205 of 2022 subject to the conditions laid down under section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
