2. The petitioner is in custody in connection with Kuchaikote P.S. Case No. 218 of 2023 for the offence under Sections 399, 402 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 25(1b)a, 26, 35 of the Arms Act.

3. It is alleged that one country made pistol and two live cartidges have been recovered from possession of the petitioner.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has got two criminal antecedents and he is in custody since 08.05.2023.

5. Considering the aforesaid facts, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail after completing six months in judicial custody on furnishing bail

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.67333 of 2023(2) dt.17-10-2023 2/2 bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M, Gopalganj in connection with Kuchaikote P.S. Case No. 218 of 2023.

6. The petitioner will visit Kateya Police Station on the first and second Sunday of each month. Any default in appearance at the Police Station would be result in cancellation of bail bond of the petitioner.
