2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Patahi P.S.Case No. 297 of 2025 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 317(5), 338, 336(3) of BNS.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner is accused of theft of a motorcycle.

4. The petitioner is in custody since 22.06.2025 having clean antecedent.

5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this application is allowed.

6. Let the above named, petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- ( ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.64018 of 2025(2) dt.10-09-2025 2/2 satisfaction of the learned Additional Session Judge- XII, East Champaran, Motihari in Patahi P.S.Case No. 297 of 2025.

7. As a condition of this order (i) one of the bailors shall be close relative of the petitioner. (ii) the trial court shall verify the criminal antecedent of the petitioner before releasing him on bail and if the petitioner is found to be involved in any other case then the bail bonds of the petitioner shall not be accepted.
