The petitioner is in custody since 10.07.2019 in connection with POCSO Case No. 46 of 2019 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 376 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 4/6 of the POCSO Act and 67 of the I.T. Act Considering the fact that the entire offence is with regard to a seven years old child and also considering that POCSO Act has been attracted and that the petitioner is the person who had taken away the victim girl, I am not inclined to grant regular bail to this petitioner.

It is, accordingly, rejected.

Trial of the case be expedited.
