2. Let the defect(s), if any, be removed within a period of four weeks from today.

3. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Sarmera P.S. Case No. 56 of 2023 registered for the offence under Sections 354(b)(d)/504/506 of the Indian Penal Code and 66E, 67(A) of I.T. Act.

4. The allegation against the petitioner is that he has made public the private photographs of a girl.

5. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that though the petitioner denies the allegations levelled against him but he undertakes that he will not indulge himself in any crime in future.

6. Learned counsel for the petitioner also submits that the petitioner is in custody since 17.06.2023.

7. Learned A.P.P. has vehemently opposed the prayer

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.68995 of 2023(2) dt.01-11-2023 2/2 for bail.

8. Considering the aforesaid facts and the period of custody, this application for regular bail is allowed.

9. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Nalanda at Biharsharif in connection with Sarmera P.S. Case No. 56 of 2023.

10. The petitioner will mark his attendance at Jamui Police Station on the first Sunday of each month. Any default in appearance at the Police Station would result in cancellation of bail bond of the petitioner.

11. The petitioner will also give an undertaking that he will delete all his social media accounts on Facebook, Instagram and other social media platforms and he will create no fresh account at social media platforms in future.

12. The violation of any of the conditions of bail will result in cancellation of bail bond of the petitioner. (Sandeep Kumar, J) Vikas/- U T
