The petitioner is accused in connection with Vidyapati Nagar P.S. Case No. 178 of 2014, registered under Section 302, 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. In course of investigation only it has come that this petitioner has executed two sale deeds to the deceased Ram Bharosh Singh, but full consideration amount was not paid and suspicion was raised regarding the hands of the petitioner in the murder of the informant, except the suspicion, there is nothing against the petitioner to show his involvement in the present case. The petitioner having no criminal antecedent is in custody since

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.9568 of 2016 (3) dt.28-04-2016 2/2 14.12.2015.

Having regard to the facts and the circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri P.K. Roy, Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Dalsinghsarai, Samastipur in connection with Vidyapati Nagar P.S. Case No. 178 of 2014.
