2. The petitioner is in custody in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 30(a),32(I),(II), 36, 41(I) (II) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

3. As per allegation in the FIR, total 168.060 liters of illicit foreign made liquor has been recovered from a Wagon-R bearing registration no.BR-06BH-3702.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. He next submits that he has no concern with the said recovery as also said vehicle and nothing has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner, petitioner has got clean antecedent as stated in

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.67027 of 2025(2) dt.24-09-2025 2/2 para-3 of the petition and he is in custody since 06.08.2025

5. Learned APP for the State opposes the prayer for bail of the petitioner.

6. In view of the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Exclusive Special Judge Excise-II, Muzaffarpur in connection with Turki P.S. Case No. 206 of 2025.
