ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 09-11-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State. The petitioner is in custody since 30.05.2017 in connection with Sasaram (Tilauthu) P.S. Case No.783 of 2016 registered for the offence under Sections 406 and 420/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

It appears from the order rejecting the anticipatory bail application that the petitioner had been directed to surrender, which direction he has followed. It further appears that the main allegation is against Shakil Ahmad and Asraf Malik and not against the petitioner. Considering the aforementioned facts and circumstances and also that the petitioner is in custody since

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.51927 of 2017 (2) dt.09-11-2017 2/2 30.05.2017, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on his furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned C.J.M., Rohtas at Sasaram, in connection with Sasaram (Tilauthu) P.S. Case No.783 of 2016.
