Taking into consideration the allegation, levelled against the petitioner as well as materials, available in the case diary, I am not inclined to release the petitioner on bail and hence, prayer for bail of the petitioner in connection with Hathauri P.S. Case No. 85 of 2013 pending in the court of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Rosera, Samastipur stands rejected. It appears that the case of the petitioner is still pending before the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Rosera, Samastipur for commitment and if it is so, the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate/concerned court, Rosera, Samastipur must commit the case of the petitioner to the court of
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.13543 of 2015 (6) dt.29-10-2015 sessions in accordance with law within two weeks from the date of receipt/production of copy of order and after commitment, the concerned Sessions Court shall expedite the trial of the petitioner and try to conclude the same as early as possible.
