ABHISHEK REDDY ORAL ORDER 22-10-2024 Without going into the merits or demerits of the case, the present writ petition is disposed of at the admission stage with the consent of both the parties, having regard to the fact that the petitioner has already made a representation dated 16.08.2024 ventilating his grievance to the Respondent No. 3 i.e. the Sub-Divisional Officer, Biharsharif, Nalanda, this Court is of the opinion that the ends of justice would be met, if the Respondent No. 3 is directed to consider and dispose of the representation made by the petitioner and pass a speaking orders. The entire exercise shall be completed as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of six weeks from the date

Patna High Court CWJC No.14251 of 2024(2) dt.22-10-2024 2/2 of receipt of the copy of this order. It is needless to mention that before passing any order the petitioner shall be given an opportunity of hearing. Any order passed shall be communicated to the party.
