The petitioner, namely, Bechan Paswan is in custody in Barhara P.S. Case No.236 of 2015 under Sections 272 and 273 and Section 47(A) of the Excise Act.

It is alleged that from the possession of the petitioner, 55 liters of country made liquor was recovered. The petitioner is in custody since 24.09.2015.

Considering the above facts, I direct the petitioner named above to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.5,000/-(Rupees five thousand) with two sureties of the like
