The petitioners seek bail in connection with Chanpatiya P.S. Case No. 285/2017 dated 06.08.2017 instituted for the offences under Sections 272, 273 of the Indian Penal Code read with Sections 30 and 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

30 litres of country made liquor was found from the possession of the petitioners. The petitioners are in custody since 07.08.2017 and they do not bear any criminal antecedent. Considering the aforesaid facts, the petitioners above named are directed to be released on bail on their furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like
