Petitioner is not named in the first information report but in course of investigation, he was remanded in this case from Kadwa P.S.Case No. 194 of 2012 on the ground that two witnesses claimed that petitioner had been involved earlier in another case of loot and accordingly, the aforesaid witnesses expressed their suspicion against the petitioner. No doubt, petitioner carries criminal antecedent but he is languishing in jail custody since 3.06.2015 in the present case. Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief
