The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Complaint Case no. 184(C) of 2013 under Section 323, 379, 380, 354 and 376 of the Indian Penal Code.
Petitioner is said to have tried to outrage the modesty of the informant intruding into the house in the evening. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in the case due to dispute of drain between the petitioner and the informant as the informant happens to be her neighbour. Earlier, case of the
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.52579 of 2017 (3) dt.12-12-2017 informant regarding assaulting and outraging her modesty filed against the petitioner has been found false by the Gram Kachahari, Sheikhpurasarai. The petitioner has been languishing in custody since 15.07.2017.
Considering the facts aforesaid, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned 1st Additional District & Sessions Judge, Sheikhpura in connection with Complaint Case no. 184(C) of 2013.
