The petitioners apprehend their arrest in Piri Bazar P.S. Case No.44 of 2016 registered under Sections 341, 323, 324, 337, 452, 504 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code. The informant alleged that the petitioners entered into his house and assaulted him with stick.

The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that informant and petitioners are agnates. There is land dispute between two sides. Some altercation took place on account of land dispute and for that the informant lodged the case. Save and except Section 452 of the Indian Penal Code, other offences

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.60019 of 2019(2) dt.25-09-2019 2/2 are bailable.

Taking into consideration the facts aforesaid and nature of allegation made against the petitioners, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of the order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned S.D.J.M., Lakhisarai in connection with Piri Bazar P.S.
