2. The petitioner has invoked the jurisdiction of this Court seeking a direction upon the respondent authorities to ensure effective implementation of the order dated 13.02.2023 passed by the Land Reform Deputy Commissioner-cum Deputy Collector, Paliganj, Patna in Land Dispute Case No. 97/2022-23.

3. Learned Advocate for the petitioner contended that despite the order passed in favour of the petitioner as aforenoted, the respondent authorities are sitting tight over the matter and not implementing the order of the D.C.L.R.-cum-Deputy

Patna High Court CWJC No.15573 of 2024(2) dt.08-10-2024 2/2 Collector, Paliganj, compelling him to approach before this Court.

Learned Advocate for the State countering the aforesaid submission submits that the filing of the present writ petition is wholly misconceived, as the petitioner has efficacious statutory remedy under Section 15 of the Bihar Land Dispute Resolution Act, 2009 for implementation of the order passed by the D.C.L.R..

5. Having considered the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, the present writ petition stands disposed off with a liberty to the petitioner to approach before the concerned D.C.L.R. for implementation of the order in terms of the provisions as prescribed under the Bihar Land Dispute Resolution Act, 2009.

6. With the aforesaid liberty, the writ petition stands disposed off.
