Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under section 306 of the Indian Penal Code.

Petitioner happens to be daughter-in-law of the deceased persons of this case and it is alleged that deceased committed suicide as the petitioner used to quarrel and abuse the deceased persons. Investigation against the petitioner has already been completed and it appears that except the aforesaid fact, nothing came against the petitioner in course of investigation. Accordingly, petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Katihar in Korha P.S. Case no. 252/2015.
