2. Learned counsel for the State by referring to the statements made in paragraph 9 of the counter affidavit, submits that the entire grievances of the petitioner have been redressed and nothing needs to be adjudicated.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner does not refute the stand taken by the learned counsel for the State but submits that liberty may be restored to file representation, if any grievance, is still pending within the specified period from the date of order passed and on filing of such representation, the same may be directed to be adjudicated within a time line.

Considering the stand of the parties, this Court directs that within four weeks, if no such representation is filed, then it will be presumed that the petitioner does not have any grievance and if such representation is filed within the time so specified, then the same shall be adjudicated within a period of six weeks by passing a reasoned and speaking order.

5. With these observations, the writ petition stands disposed of.
