JUSTICE CHAKRADHARI SHARAN SINGH ORAL ORDER 05-08-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners as well as learned counsel appearing on behalf of Opposite parties. A show cause reply has been filed on behalf of Opposite party no.2, bringing on record an order dated 19.6.2015 passed in compliance of the order of this Court dated 8.8.2014. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners
Patna High Court MJC No.683 of 2015 (5) dt.05-08-2015 submits that the order of this Court dated 8.8.2014 has been complied with belatedly and not within the time prescribed by this Court.
Be that as it may, I do not find that a case of willful disobedience of this Court's order has been made out, the order having been substantially complied with, though belatedly. It goes without saying that the petitioners shall have the liberty to question the validity of the legality of the order dated 19.6.2015 passed by the Regional Deputy Director of Education, Saran Division, Chapra under appropriate proceeding in accordance with law.
