The petitioner has renewed his prayer for grant of regular bail in a case registered under sections 307, 341 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code and section 27 of the Arms Act. The earlier application for bail of the petitioner was rejected vide order dated 6.5.2022 passed in Cr. Misc. no. 53153 of 2021.
As per the prosecution case, on the orders of the Bindu Chaudhary it is stated that the petitioner and Pappu Sharma fired from their pistol. As a result of firing resorted to by the petitioner, the informant sustained gun shot injuries. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the earlier prayer for bail of the petitioner was rejected vide
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.66710 of 2022(2) dt.30-11-2022 2/2 order dated 6.5.2022 (Annexure-1) passed in Cr. Misc. no. 53153 of 2021 giving liberty to the petitioner to renew his prayer for bail after framing of charge. Referring to the order contained in Annexure-4 to the petition, it is submitted that charge has been framed against the petitioner in the learned trial court on 22.8.2022. The petitioner is in custody since 26.3.2021 and undertakes to cooperate in the trial.

Having heard learned counsel for the parties and taking into consideration the prosecution case, liberty granted to the petitioner by the aforesaid order of rejection dated 6.5.2022 and charge having been framed in the learned trial court on 22.8.2022 vide Annexure-4, the petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail in connection with Sessions Trial no. 686 of 2022 (arising out of Bakhri P.S. Case no. 270 of 2012) on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Sessions Judge IX, Begusarai.
