A counter affidavit has been filed on behalf of the State showing all payments made under retiral benefit to the petitioner.
A rejoinder has been filed by the petitioner stating that for the G.P.F. Rs.2,99,739/- has been paid to the petitioner on 11.09.2018, but, the proper calculation is Rs.3,71,039/- as on 31.05.2013, i.e., the date of retirement of the petitioner. Considering the submissions, made by the petitioner, the present writ application is disposed of with a direction to the respondent no. 3 to look into the claim of the petitioner. The petitioner would file a representation before the respondent no. 3, which will be disposed of by respondent no. 3, the District
