JUSTICE SUDHIR SINGH ORAL ORDER 21-09-2015 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner, informant and learned counsel for the State The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Jehanabad(Karauna O.P.) P.S. Case No. 121 of 2015 for the offences instituted under Section 302/34 of the I.P.C. The prosecution story, in brief, is that the informant has alleged that the petitioner and others are suspected to have caused murder of her mother, namely, Shanti Devi with an intention to grab her landed property as she was alone heir of her ancestral property.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. Except for suspicion

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.23416 of 2015 (3) dt.21-09-2015 2/2 there is no eye witness to the occurrence.

On behalf of the learned counsels for the State and the informant it has been submitted that the petitioner is named in the F.I.R. and there is strong suspicion against the petitioner. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the petitioner above named, be released on bail in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from today in connection with Jehanabad (Karauna O.P.) P.S. Case No. 121 of 2015 on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned C.J.M., Jehanabad, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
