The present petition has been filed with a prayer to restore C.W.J.C.No. 19831 of 2011, which stood dismissed due to non-compliance of peremptory order dated 04.08.2015 After hearing learned counsel for the parties and considering the facts disclosed in the petition, same is allowed. Let C.W.J.C.No.19831 of 2011 be restored to its original file. It is clarified that if the order dated 04.08.2015 passed in C.W.J.C.No.19831 of 2011 is not complied with within a period of three weeks from today, the writ petition i.e. C.W.J.C.No.19831 of 2011 shall stand dismissed without further reference to a Bench.
