This writ petition has been filed by the petitioner for a direction to the respondent authorities to pass order on his appeal which the petitioner has filed against the order of his dismissal communicated to him vide Memo No.5308 dated 20.10.2023 passed by the Director, SC & ST Welfare Department, Government of Bihar.

3. Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the memorandum of appeal is contained in Annexure-P/6 of the present writ petition. He only prays to direct the respondent No.2 to pass final order on his memorandum of appeal.

4. Learned Counsel for the State submits that a direction may be given to the respondent authorities to dispose off the appeal, if not disposed off till date.

5. In the present facts and circumstances, respondent No.2, the Secretary, SC & ST Welfare Department, Government of Bihar, Old Secretariat, Patna, has been directed to pass order on memorandum of appeal filed by the petitioner before him annexed as Annexure-P/6 within 90 days from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.
