2. The petitioner has moved the Court for the following reliefs:

"That this is an application for issuance of an appropriate writ in the nature of Mandamus direction to the respondents to make payment of post retiral benefits i.e. Gratuity amount, Earned Leave Encashment and any other admissible benefits to the petitioner along with
