Movement and had been recommended for payment of Senani pension, they have not been sanctioned the benefit of the pension scheme. They further submits that similarly situated matter of others have been decided by this Court on 8.9.2015 in C.W.J.C.No. 21737 of 2013. The writ petition is disposed of in terms of the aforesaid order.
