Let the defect(s), if any, be removed within a period of four weeks from today.

The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Hajipur Sadar P.S. Case No. 427 of 2019 registered for the offence under Sections 302, 120-B of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of Arms Act.

The petitioner is accused in ten more cases including the present case.

In view of the criminal antecedents of the petitioner, as mentioned above, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
