JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 26-08-2015 Heard learned counsels for the petitioners and the State. The petitioners are apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 41 and 42 of the Indian Forest (Bihar Amendment) Act, 1989. The accusation is of cutting trees planted in 2004-05 though the petitioners managed to escape from the scene but subsequently five pieces of cut logs and sickle were recovered. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioners that only on suspicion the accusation has been levelled. Statement has been made in paragraph 3 of the petition that the petitioners have no criminal antecedent.

No.33301 of 2015 (2) dt.26-08-2015 2/2 Let the learned court below consider the prayer for regular bail of the petitioners in case the petitioners surrender within six weeks from today in connection with Forest Case No. 119 of 2014 pending in the court of learned J.M. Ist Class, Gaya. This application is disposed of with the aforesaid observation/direction.
