2. The petitioner has moved the Court for the following reliefs:

"That this is an application for issuance of a writ of mandamus or any other appropriate writ or order or direction to Command the respondents to pay the retiral benefits and other legitimate

Patna High Court CWJC No.10081 of 2018 dt.14-08-2018 2/2 Claims including monthly medical allowance alongwith 18% interest per annum from due date and Cost of this proceedings."

3. Counter affidavit has been filed on behalf of the University in which the stand is that all admitted retiral benefits have been paid. The same is not disputed by learned counsel for the petitioner.

4. In view thereof, the writ petition stands disposed off. However, the petitioner shall be at liberty to file a detailed representation before the Registrar of the University, in case he finds that any further admitted dues have remained unpaid. If such representation is filed within four weeks from today, the Registrar shall look into the matter and pass a reasoned order within four weeks from the date of filing of the representation. If any further payment is required to be made to the petitioner in terms of the order passed, the same shall also be paid to him within the next four weeks.
