2. The petitioner is apprehending his arrest connection with Rail Jhajha P.S. Case No. 92 of 2023, F.I.R. dated 31.03.2023 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 395/120(B) of the Indian Penal Code.

3. Allegation against the petitioner is that he along with other co-accused person were involved in printing of fake currency and they are multi millionaires by way of their act of forgery, cheating and loot.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and he has been falsely implicated in the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.67861 of 2023(4) dt.05-03-2024 2/2 present case . He further submits that the allegation as alleged in the F.I.R. is false and fabricated and the petitioner has not committed any offence as alleged in the F.I.R.

5. Learned APP for the State, on the other hand, on the basis of material available on record as well as case diary opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner and submits that the learned Court below has issued the process under Section 82 of the Cr. P.C. on 14.06.2023 and hence the anticipatory bail petition is not maintainable.

6. In that view of the matter, this Court is not inclined to grant the privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioner on that score alone. The anticipatory bail petition stands dismissed as not maintainable (Rajesh Kumar Verma, J) Ibrar//- U T
