2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Mansi P.S. Case No. 78 of 2025 registered for the offence under Sections 309(4) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023.

3. As per the prosecution case, unknown criminals looted the money and motorcycle belonging to the informant. The name of the petitioner has come in the case on the selfinculpatory statement of the co-accused.

4. The petitioner has been caught in another case with a looted motorcycle. The petitioner has similar and serious antecedents also and is in custody since 21.05.2025.

5. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances,

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.63390 of 2025(2) dt.17-09-2025 2/2 this Court is not inclined to grant regular bail to the petitioner.

6. Accordingly, this application for regular bail stands rejected.
