The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Thakurganj (Sukhani) P.S. Case No. 196 of 2015 registered under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code.

Regard being had to the gravity of the offence as also the fact that the name of the petitioner transpired in course of confessional statement of the co-accused, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the application for bail is rejected.
