2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Srinagar P.S. Case No. 186 of 2025 registered for the offence under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

3. The recovery is of 49 liters of illicit liquor.

4. The petitioner is in custody since 2.8.2025.

5. Considering the quantum of recovery, this application is allowed.

6. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Exclusive Special Judge, Excise Court-II, Bettiah,

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.63290 of 2025(2) dt.23-09-2025 2/2 West Champaran/concerned Court below in connection with Srinagar P.S. Case No. 186 of 2025.

7. As a condition of this order, the petitioner after being released on bail is directed to mark his attendance at Srinagar Police Station on every Sunday of each month.
