The grievance of the petitioner in the present application is non-issuance of duplicate marks-sheet to the petitioner.

There is no dispute that the Bihar School Examination Board is custodian of original records and on payment duplicates are issued.

The Court considering the facts of the case, directs the Examination Board to issue Duplicate Marks-sheet to the petitioner on deposit of the requisite fee within 30 days. Accordingly the instant writ petition is disposed of. (Anil Kumar Upadhyay, J) T.Kr./- U
