2. The petitioner has moved the Court for the following reliefs:
"I.
For issuance of an appropriate writ directing the Respondent University to re-fix the pension and gratuity amount under the benefits of financial upgradation of ACP/MACP Scheme from May, 2015 onward and difference amount be paid accordingly after redesignated as "Demonstrator"

For issuance of an appropriate writ commanding the Respondent University for payment of
Patna High Court CWJC No.3805 of 2018 dt.29-08-2018 2/2 difference of Leave Encashment amounts of 300 days on the basis of financial upgradation under Assured Career Progressive ACP and MACP Scheme).
III. For issuance of an appropriate writ for payment of difference of pay and dearness allowances dues from March, to April, total amounting Rs. 1366860/- (Rupees Thirteen Lakhs Sixty Six thousand eight hundred sixty only) under the financial upgradation scheme of ACP/MACP benefits.
IV. For grant of any other relief/reliefs to which the petitioner is entitled under law as well as facts and circumstances of the case for ends of justice."
3. At the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that all his admitted dues have been paid.
