JUSTICE SHIVAJI PANDEY ORAL ORDER 16-05-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the University.

In the present case, prayer has been made by the petitioner that his pension has not been paid in a proper manner as it appears from the pay verification report of the Government of Bihar that the petitioner is entitled to the higher amount. Learned counsel for the University does not dispute the proposition.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has not been paid the amount under the head of Earned Leave, enhanced rate of gratuity in view of the pay verification

Patna High Court CWJC No.13725 of 2015 (2) dt.16-05-2016 2/2 report of the State Government. He also submits that 12% interests on GIC amount upto the date of actual payment, like other employees, has not been paid to the petitioner. Let the petitioner file a detailed representation to the Registrar of the University along with supportive documents. The Registrar of the University is directed to examine the claim of the petitioner and pay the amount which the petitioner is entitled to. The entire exercise will be completed within a period of three months from the date of filing of such representation. With the aforesaid observations and directions, this writ petition is allowed.
