The grievance of the petitioner is against her non selection in the Constable recruitment carried out by the Central Selection Board. The answer is present at paragraph 15 of the counter affidavit filed on behalf of the Board and Mr. Sanjay Pandey, learned counsel appearing for the Board submits that while the last candidate who secured appointment in the Backward Class Female Non Home Guard (BC-F-NHG) category had 105 marks, the petitioner could secure only 93 marks.

In the circumstances, no cause for indulgence is made out. The writ petition is disposed of.
