2. The petitioner apprehends her arrest for the offence alleged under Section 302 of the Indian Penal Code registered in connection with Chakai P.S. Case No.29 of 2010.

3. It is submitted that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in the case. The allegation is against unknown persons. There is no eye witness to corroborate the accusation.

4. Learned A.P.P., on the basis of paragraphs 67, 68 and 88 of the case diary, submits that the petitioner is the wife of the deceased who was the informant but has been made accused and the allegation against her supported by the statement of witness Satya Narayan Rai.

5. Having regard to the entirety of the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is not inclined to consider the anticipatory bail petition afresh, which is dismissed. (Vikash Jain, J) N.H./Ibrar U T
