Now that an enquiry committee has submitted a report dated 3.5.2016, which has also been brought on record as part of the supplementary counter affidavit, the Court directs the Vice Chancellor of the University to take a final decision on the status of the petitioner keeping in mind the findings, which has emerged in the enquiry report. Such a decision must be taken and communicated to the petitioner within a period of eight weeks of the date of production of a copy of this order.
