The Petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case instituted for the offence under Section(s) 341, 323, 353, 386, 379/34 Indian Penal Code.

Considering the nature of allegation, I am not inclined to extend the privilege of anticipatory bail to the Petitioners in connection with Khajekala P.S. Case No.280 of 2014 pending in the court of the Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Patna City, Patna.

Prayer for anticipatory bail is rejected.

Petitioners are directed to immediately surrender before the Court below.
