The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Jamo Bazar P.S. Case No. 68 of 2015 registered under Section 25(1-B)(a), 26 and 35 of the Arms Act. Regard being had to the recovery of a country-made pistol and a live cartridge from the shop of the petitioner, I am not inclined to grant him anticipatory bail.
