ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL ORDER 06-04-2016 Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and the State. The Petitioner was allowed Provisional anticipatory bail by the order dated 15.10.2015.

In the nature of dispute between the Parties, the matter was referred to the Mediation Centre, but, the dispute could not be resolved.

Be that as it may, considering the merits of the case, the provisional anticipatory bail granted to the Petitioner by the order dated 15.10.2015 in connection with Complaint Case No. 2960C of 2013 to the satisfaction of Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Bettiah, West Champaran, is hereby confirmed on the same terms. However, from now on, the Petitioner shall deposit a sum of Rs.1,500/- (One thousand five hundred) per month in favour of the Opposite Party No. 2 instead of Rs.750/-.
