JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 16-03-2016 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioners are apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 273 of the Indian Penal Code and 47(a) of the Excise Act. From the house of the petitioner no.1, 36 liters of country made liquor and from the house of petitioner no.2, 22 liters of country made liquor were recovered. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that the recovery has been made from the joint family house. A statement has been made in para 3 of the petition that the petitioners have no criminal antecedent.

Considering the quantity of recovery and petitioners being ladies, let the above named petitioners be released on anticipatory bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the

No.12467 of 2016 (2) dt.16-03-2016 2/2 learned Court below within a period of 12 weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of `10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned S.J.-II cum A.C.J.M., Purnea in connection with Baisi P.S. Case No. 14 of 2016, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
