2. At the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioner on the basis of counter affidavit filed, submitted that admitted dues have been paid. However, he submitted that similarly situated persons have been paid much more what has been paid to the petitioner and it appears that there is some error in calculation.

3. In view thereof, the writ petition stands disposed off with

Patna High Court CWJC No.15930 of 2015 dt.24-05-2017 2/2 liberty to the petitioner to make a detailed representation before the respondent no. 5 pointing out as to how the calculation made by the respondents is incorrect and also disclosing how he has calculated the dues payable to him. He shall also be at liberty to draw similarities between payments made to similarly situated persons.

4. If such a representation is filed within one month from today along with a copy of this order, the same shall be looked into and after giving an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner, a reasoned order shall be passed within three weeks of such representation being filed.
