2. An application has been filed for modification of the order dated 26.07.2023, passed in Cr. Misc. No. 37074 of 2023, seeking extension of time to surrender and furnish bail bond in connection with Dumraon P.S, Case No 07 of 2022, pending in the Court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Buxar.

3. In view of the averments made in the modification application, the period prescribed to surrender and furnish bail bond be extended for a further period of four weeks, from today.
