2. The petitioners apprehend arrest in connection with Amjhor P.S. Case No. 59 of 2025 dated 11-06-2025, instituted under Sections 191(2),190,115(2), 329(4), 74, 352,125,303(2) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023.
3. The prosecution case, in brief, is that marriage of the informant had been solemnized on 09.05.2025 and only one month had passed since then. On 05.06.2025 at about 03:00 PM

No.65756 of 2025(2) dt.17-09-2025 2/3 petitioners forcibly entered her house and assaulted her grandfather-in-law, Sita Ram Singh and trying to drag him out while she was alone. When she tried to save him, they also assaulted her. When she raised alarm, Usha Devi (petitioner no.1) pressed her feet on the informant's abdomen. Hearing her alarm, her two sisters-in-law arrived at the spot, but the accused persons called 4 to 5 persons from Chitauli, who also assaulted her sisters-in-law. It is further alleged that Amrita Kumari (petitioner no.3) hurled a brick on the head of her grandfatherin-law due to which his head was fractured and thereafter the accused persons snatched away some jewellery..
4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are innocent and they have been falsely implicated in the present case. It is further submitted that both parties are agnates; the informant is the cousin daughter-in-law of petitioner nos. 1 and 2 and the bhabhi of petitioner nos. 3, 4 and
5. It is next submitted that Sita Ram Singh has two sons, namely Rajendra Singh and Ravindra Singh and the informant is the daughter-in-law of Ravindra Singh. It is submitted that the FIR was lodged six days after the alleged occurrence, without any plausible explanation for the delay. It is further submitted that although the allegation against the petitioners is that they jointly

No.65756 of 2025(2) dt.17-09-2025 3/3 and specifically assaulted the prosecution party, but the injury report (Annexure-2) reveals that all the injuries sustained are simple in nature. It is next submitted that the occurrence took place due to land dispute. Lastly, it is submitted that the petitioners have no criminal antecedents.
5. Learned APP has opposed the prayer for bail.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case and submissions of learned counsel for the parties, in the event of arrest or surrender before the Court below within six weeks from today, the petitioners be released on bail upon furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned C.J.M. Rohtas at Sasaram, in Amjhor P.S. Case No. 59 of 2025, subject to the conditions laid down in Section 482(2) of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita 2023.
